<image:title>Who the Heck Am I??? - Our Connection Matters! Research shows it’s the therapeutic relationship that best supports a person in reaching their goals in therapy. Self-exploration can sometimes leave you feeling exposed and (temporarily) undone, and here you’ll experience a safe, nonjudgmental and supportive confidential environment. To know this, you should know me. Please feel free to reach out with questions. For now, here is a little about me, broken into who I WAS (pre-therapy) and who I AM (who I was able to become through therapy).</image:title>
